Suitable from 16 weeks - 5 years Your home consult includes: - 3 hour in home consult - Help set up the optimal sleep environment - Customised Sleep Assessment & Plan and Little Sleep Coach Guide - Two weeks of Support via WhatsApp (text & voice messaging) and phone calls - Complimentary use of sleep aids i.e. a white noise machine / sleep sack / bottles / toddler sleep clock for your little one for up to 2 weeks - Review and feedback of your child's Sleep and Activity Logs every 24 - 48 hours I arrive in the early evening (with your printed sleep plan) when both parents are usually home. The end of the day is a busy (often chaotic!) time in any household - and that's why the consults take place at that time, so we can go through the whole evening bedtime routine together. We will assess your little one’s current sleep environment, make any necessary tweaks, talk through the sleep plan and choose a settling method. I will be right there with you to demonstrate and support you with the bedtime settling. Once your child is asleep, there is plenty of time to run through their plan and ask any questions you have. Everything is written out very clearly for you, so it's easy to follow. A home visit will leave you feeling confident moving forward with hands on guidance around your sleep plan. You will feel well supported throughout the 2 weeks following the home visit. Toddler consults who are in a bed / 3y+ are often better done during the day, before they become too tired. Email or call Deb if you don't see a suitable time for your toddler consult. Travel cost .82km (from Riccarton to your home and back) *** Extra's and add on's - Extra week of support $99 (to be used within 6 weeks from date of initial consult) - Multiples - no extra cost. - Sibling plan $149. They will need their own questionnaire completed and individual plan written. (This cannot be added on at a later date, it needs to occur during the same support period). - 13 hour Overnight consults are available upon request, 5pm - 6am $1050.
